Turning down the driveway to The Country Store & Farm is like turning back time. Visitors are greeted by the u-pick blueberry and pumpkin patches in the front field, unusual mature trees, numerous heirloom roses, perennials and vines as they make their way to the traditional false-front building with its wrap around porch.

Plant benches display a myriad of plants perfectly suited to the Pacific Northwest climate, many propagated on site, all organically grown. Nestled off to the west of the building are the perennial gardens, a living example of plants for those looking for education and inspiration. You'll find plants of many varieties propagated by seed, root and tissue to create more specimens.

Walk the grounds and take in the specialty trees and plants: Chilean Fire Tree, White Forsythia, Fairy Rose, unique Hydrangeas, Hellebores, an historical Filbert Tree, and Asian Pear trees. Enjoy walking through the expansive garden past beds by the dozens, peek inside the green houses or check out the potting shed for ideas. Just as this is an all-organic nursery, so is the organic style of the meandering grounds–a far cry from commercial nurseries.

Inside, be sure to check out the collection of seeds, specifically chosen for our growing climate. We carry seeds from Territorial Seed Company, an Oregon company, and Irish Eyes, of Ellensburg, Washington. Offering up a wide selection of conventional and organic, non-GMO and heirloom varieties. For a gardener, you'll feel a bit like a child in a candy store with so many wonderful choices. We welcome special orders if we don't have what you are looking for in the store.
