Green beauty is a stunner of a snow pea in all ways from start to finish. The seeds themselves are beautiful. The vigorous 7-8 foot tall vines produce stunning pink and purple flowers. The peas are large, sweet, and super crunchy. Be careful not to harvest these too soon as they are sweetest and best when they are large and streaked with pink. Don’t forget to leave some on the vines to dry down and give you seed for years to come. Bred to thrive in the northwest by Dr. Alan Kapular of Peace Seeds.
